## Can I turn a JPG, PNG or SVG into an embroidery file?

Yes. Upload clean artwork, choose the finished width, colour limit and output formats, then the automated VTracer and Ink/Stitch pipeline generates and validates the stitch files. Photos, gradients and very fine text may need simplified source artwork.

## Does converting resize or change my design?

A standard conversion preserves the original design dimensions and stitch path wherever the target format supports them. Known limitations are flagged, and a test stitch is recommended before production.

## Which embroidery formats can I create or convert?

The converter writes PES, DST, JEF, EXP, VP3, XXX, PEC, U01, TBF, HUS, SEW, SHV, PCS, VIP, TAP, DSB, DSZ and KSM. It also reads PHB, PHC and PCM as conversion sources. Every generated machine file is parsed again and checked before release.

## What production files are included?

Every completed job includes the selected machine files, a software-rendered stitch preview, thread chart, production worksheet and a ZIP package. EXP jobs also include Bernina-compatible INF colour information and a BMP preview companion.

## Can you create EMB, ART, JAN, JEF+ or JPX project files?

Not currently. Those are proprietary or editable design formats that the production engine cannot safely write and validate. The service does not relabel another file or provide a fake download in its place.

## Will thread colours look exactly the same?

Some formats store full colour information, while others store only colour-change stops. Users may need to assign their preferred thread chart at the machine.

## Can I convert several files at once?

Batch selection is available for accounts with batch processing enabled. Free processing accepts one file at a time, while each batch source is validated and shown as an individual result.

## Do I need embroidery software?

No software is needed to submit digitising work, convert a supported file, review status or download a result. Advanced manual stitch editing may still require specialist embroidery software.
