# Embroidery Digitising and File Conversion Pricing

Canonical page: https://embroideryfileconverter.com/pricing

Compare free processing, pay-as-you-go embroidery credits and proposed monthly plans for image digitising and embroidery file conversion.

## Direct answer

Guests and signed-in free accounts receive 1 free image digitisation per month. All free processing is also subject to 3 jobs in a rolling 24-hour window and 8 jobs per month. The general allowance is shared across image digitising and file conversion.

## Current availability

- The free workflow is available for testing supported files.
- Account-owned jobs add private history and downloads.
- Team access is currently unrestricted.
- Pay-as-you-go processing credits are available as one-time purchases when secure Stripe Checkout is configured.
- Public subscription checkout is not enabled yet.
- No payment is silently collected by creating an account.

## Pay-as-you-go packs

Free allowance is always used first. Once it is exhausted, image digitising uses 5 credits and stitch-file conversion uses 1. Credits do not expire.

- 10 credits for $9.00
- 30 credits for $24.00
- 100 credits for $69.00

## Proposed paid options

Starter, Studio and Business allowances shown on the canonical pricing page are proposed launch plans. They describe intended processing capacity, not active subscription charges. One-time credit packs are separate from those proposed subscriptions.

## What validation includes

The same technical validation applies to free and future paid jobs: generated machine files are parsed again before release, and format-specific compatibility warnings remain visible.
